January 2, 2015: Writers write! The best way to perfect your craft is to practice your craft! Just like musicians practice their scales daily, writers should write daily. Today is a good day to take out your digital or paper notebook and write a short story.
We live in a digital world: emails, texts, cloud computing, and so on. But today, we are going “old school” and write about something that is hand-written on actual paper:
One fine day, the postman brought me a letter.
Your short story can be about 300-500 words in length.
